EYE FIGHT FOUNDATION MISSION STATEMENT

The purpose or purposes for which the corporation is organized are:

To operate exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"), or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code, including, but not limited to:

a. Providing direct financial, travel, and personal-expense assistance to children diagnosed with retinoblastoma and their families during diagnosis, treatment, and recovery;

b. Promoting awareness of retinoblastoma, including signs of early detection such as leukocoria (the "white-eye glow"), through public education and outreach; and

c. Supporting medical research, treatment programs, and patient-care initiatives related to retinoblastoma and other pediatric eye cancers;
